By contacting the kind, pure and good people, even the ferocious people will be softened and touched by them. Instead of harming the kind people, the ferocious one will follow them and study with them. That’s why I said that we should practice spiritually and set a good example in society. We should not blame society for being so chaotic, or blame others for being so bad, we should blame ourselves for not setting a good example, right? So we should do good deeds first, and other people will follow. Instead of waiting for others to do something, we do it first. That’s why the Chinese has a saying, “we should first practice spiritually, then order the family, then govern the country and then pacify the world.” It’s very true.
