Supreme Master Ching Hai used the story of showing magic power about a Buddhist monk Hui Ting, and a practitioner of both Buddhism and Taoism, Zhang Borui, to remind Her disciples, “If a person lost interest in worldly fame and fortune, he’s already half a saint, but the reason to forsake fame and fortune is more important. If one forsakes fame and fortune but idles away his time, he would waste his life and food from this world.”
