Summary

Do you know where the wisdom sword of Manjushri Bodhisattva has gone to? It was lent to  Supreme Master Ching Hai . Supreme Master Ching Hai said that the Buddha is scared of coming down to this world, and so was She. Therefore, she brought down the Manjushri Bodhisattva’s wisdom sword with her. When we have difficulties or emotional issues, we should know that it is Manjushri Bodhisattva who is helping us to cut off our attachments with  her wisdom sword. Sometimes people don’t like us or ignore us, but we meditate very well at that time. When everyone surrounds us, loves us, and we are busy  enjoying the impermanent situation, yet we could not settle down our mind to meditate, to search for our inner power and eternal happiness.

When Sakyamuni Buddha was alive, there were five hundred beggars begging to Buddha and the monks. Later on, they all became monks following the Buddha to practice and they all attained the Arhatship. What affinity with Buddha did the five hundred beggars have in their past life? Why were they born into poor families then and still they could attain the high spiritual level? Through this story, Supreme Master Ching Hai reminds us that we should always keep our action, speech, and thinking pure. If we have a little bad thinking about the practitioners, there will be a terrible karma. But if we met a living Master, then any  karma can be eliminated.
