Most people usually get what they pray for, depending on what type of power they are connected with, such as the Saints in all directions, the angels, or the Bodhisattvas. It is just like the situation Master mentioned about her working staff. The lifesaving system or web is with us all the time, but the negative power and low-level beings are around us as well. So how our prayers are answered depends on which side we are connected with to receive the power. Most people receive the lower-level blessing power because they are not connected with the highest one. Thus, we should think of the lifesaving power all the time. However, even though most people pray sincerely and reach the higher power, it is not yet God, but only those staff members working higher above. Staff members look after people who pray, and God’s power is within us so it’s better to connect with the highest one. Otherwise, we rely on others instead of ourselves when we pray. In fact, we are connected with that power when we get initiation, and we should always remember the Highest Power, which is also called “the Supreme Master.”
