Supreme Master reveals that the reason behind her limitless love is her love, respect and fondness of herself. Our inferiority breeds jealousy, war, possessiveness and other negative attitude, because we fear that others would be better than us and do not respect us, and also because we know we have hidden weaknesses . We know it and so we can't respect or forgive ourselves.  The only way to save us from these most serious diseases – ignorance, inferiority and not knowing we are  Buddha – is meditation .

We meditate first, and recognize  our own strength, capability, wisdom, talent and loving kindness first, then we can love others. If we can't love ourselves, we can love no one. The reason why we cannot deal with some problems in this world is that we are not in the habit of concentrating our power . Only through meditation can we assemble all our power  to be able to use them whenever needed and solve every problem easily, thus we can serve our families and country perfectly and  help the world.
